Contact and Scheduling Information...

My office is part of a suite with other independent therapists located at 617 Potomac Place, Suite 401 in Smyrna.  My clinical availabilty is normally on Tuesdays and Thursdays for in-person sessions and on Wednesdays  over Zoom for telemental health sessions.  I offer supervision and parent consultations in morning hours as after-school appointment times are the most requested and often book up four weeks in advance or more.  These hours are also adapted around my teaching schedule at MTSU.

I am on the panels of a few insurance companies and will file primary insurance with them: Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (which covers UHC, UBH, UMR, Golden Rule and Oscar.) I am no longer on Coverkids or Tenncare. (I am also going off of Amerigroup, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Magellan and no longer accepting new clients under these plans.)  I also accept private fee payments.

You can contact me via email  at jamielynnlangley@gmail.com to schedule a first time appointment.  Please do not include any protected health information since email security cannot be guaranteed.  My office no is 615-267-0779 ext 10 and has a confidential voice mail for current clients, but email is the preferred communication method. I do not return phone messages regarding first time appointment inquiries, as these have to go through email. I only have very limited ability to see new clients due to my full time position at MTSU. As such I have a listing of referrals in the community who see children, teens and/or families that I am glad to provide via email request.

My voicemail and email are not monitored 24/7, so they are not for use in a clinical emergency.  Instead, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 911.  There is also a crisis line offered by the state of Tennessee to assist with urgent issues.  This number is 1-855-CRISIS1 or 1-855-274-7471.
